In some cases, all of the CPU cores are in normal utilization and only 1 CPU core is showing high utilization. To troubleshoot, perform the following steps:
After verifying which CPU core is high, use the command 'diag sys profile cpumask' to further look into that specific core. This command helps to profile individual CPU cores to troubleshoot.
diag sys profile cpumask [X] <- Here, X is the CPU core. diag sys profile start <- To start the profiling process. diag sys profile stop <- To stop the process.
To show the output, it is necessary to use the following command to see collected profilemask values:
diag sys profile show order
