Technical Tip: Error '-9999:-9999' when configuring an existing tunnel

Description	This article describes the error '-9999:-9999' which appears when configuring an existing tunnel for example from Static to Dial-up or vice versa.
Scope	FortiGate v6.x.x, v7.x.x.
Solution	Changing the tunnel from Dial-up to static: An error is seen on the top right corner with a Red label and the error '-9999:-9999'.  Changing the tunnel from Static to Dial-up: An error is seen on the top right corner with Red label and the error '-9999:-9999'. As the tunnel requirements are different for different features of the tunnel, the error shows up. It is necessary to create a new tunnel or would have to delete the existing tunnel and create a new one as per the requirement as it is not possible to change the type of the tunnel on an existing tunnel.
