Technical Tip: Email notification for FortiGate started event log

Description	This article describes how to receive an email alert when FortiGate is restarted.
Scope	FortiGate.
Solution	Configure Automation Stitch for triggering 'FortiGate started' in the system event log. Create an automation trigger and set the event 'FortiGate started'. Configure automation action which will trigger for email alert. Enter the details of the email address to which email FortiGate will send the notification. Create an automation stitch and add the trigger and action which is created before as per the snapshot. Reboot the FortiGate device manually for testing to generate the log-in system event. The FortiGate device rebooted successfully, and it generated the event log 'FortiGate started'. The event logs should match the triggered log then only automation will trigger. Note: The event ID should be matched for the event generated in the system event and selected for the trigger event. The Email was sent to the email address which was used for email notification.
