Scope FortiOS v7.4.2 and later.
Solution

The following changes are introduced as part of Issue ID 915481, which can be referenced in 'v7.4.2 Release Notes: Changes in GUI behavior'. They are made for efficiency improvements when loading large object lists.

Addresses and Address Groups are changed into the tabs.

In addition, address entries are not grouped by type. Instead, the address type becomes its column.

In v7.4.5 and later, the full port number or a portion of the service name must be used.

In v7.4.2 to v7.4.4, there is a known issue 1013488 that prevents searching for firewall policy by port number. This is patched in later firmware versions.
