| Solution |
On lower firmware versions (7.0.x and below), it is not required to provide the admin's old password to update it.
Starting from version 7.2.x and above, it is now mandatory to provide the old password to update the admin's password.
To reset the super admin's password, follow the steps described in the KB article Technical Tip: Reset another super admin’s password (Lost/Forgotten). |
