This article describes how to change FortiCloud account ID from A to B.
In this example:
- The existing account is alice@yourdomain.com.
- new account name bob@yourdomain.com is already registered.
- User is already logged out on FortiGate Cloud widget dashboard.
Solution
Execute the following commands from CLI:

But the old account still persists when user tries to select 'Activate'.
Solution
