Technical Tip: Captive portal option not visible in lower end FortiGate/FortiWiFi model device with default ssid

Description	This article describes the Captive portal option not available when editing the default SSID in the lower-end model such as FortiGate/FortiWiFi-61F/40F.
Scope	FortiGate FortiWiFi Series.
Solution	When editing the default SSID and configuring for the captive portal, the feature will not be visible. FortiGate/FortiWiFi lower model device (FortiGate/FortiWiFi-61F/40F series etc.) has an internal radio. The built-in SSID includes an internal radio that does not support the captive portal feature. Create a new SSID and enable the captive portal and assign it to the FortiAccess Point.
