| Solution |
Current issue: When configuring Sandbox Settings in FortiGate Cloud (FortiGate Cloud -> Sandbox -> Sandbox Settings), the system confirms that notification details and other configurations are saved. However, upon revisiting the Sandbox Settings page, all previously configured settings are missing and not retained.
The issue is caused by the page failing to call the GET API (either being cancelled or not firing the API at all). This is scheduled to be fixed in FortiCloud v26.1 |
