Description This article describes how to resolve a scenario where it's not possible to access the FortiGate or other devices on the local network on macOS Sequoia from a third-party browser.
Scope macOS Sequoia.
Solution

On macOS Sequoia, by default, it will now block access to the local network for all applications except for the ones built in.
This means that Chrome and Firefox by default will not be able to access devices on the same subnet as the PC.

There will be a generic time-out error on Firefox and an ‘ERR_ADDRESS_UNREACHABLE’ on Chrome-based browsers.

To resolve this, there's an option to allow access under System Settings > Privacy and Security > Local Network.

Once on this page, it is possible to enable the access for each browser:

Once enabled, the problem should not occur and it is possible to access anything in the local subnet from these browsers.
