Technical Tip: Cannot Download the Backup Configuration File from GUI on FortiGate-101E

Description	This article describes the issue where users are unable to download the backup configuration file from the GUI on FortiGate-101E devices running specific FortiOS versions.
Scope	This applies to FortiGate-101E devices running FortiOS versions 6.4.7, 6.4.8, and 6.4.9.
Solution	To permanently fix this problem, upgrade the FortiGate to FortiOS version 6.4.10 or later. For details, refer to the FortiOS 6.4.10 Release Notes. Resolved issues v6.4.10 Bug ID: 749613. Workaround: Rebooting the FortiGate temporarily resolves the issue, allowing the backup configuration file to be downloaded from the GUI.
