This article describes an issue when it is not possible to login to FortiGate after restoring a converted configuration file from FortiConverter.

Solution |
The converted configuration file does not have the same administrator credentials. To find the new credentials, go to the FortiConverter ticket at https://service.forticonverter.com and select 'Instructions for the Converted Config file'.
The username and password will be shown in the instructions.
