Application details are not available on FortiCloud summary report when logs are being sent to FortiCloud from FortiGate.
This article describes how to enable this report.
Solution
Make sure logs are reaching FortiCloud from FortiGate.
Check in the policy if :
- UTM profiles are selected under web filter, application control and security profiles.
- Log all sessions are enabled.
- Deep-inspection is enabled under SSL/SSH inspection of the policy.
