Description

This article explains how to enable Application Control signatures belonging to Industrial Category.

Application Control signatures belonging to the industrial category/group are excluded by default.

Solution
1) Use the following commands to add industrial signatures to an application control sensor:

nitrogen-kvm34 # config ips global
nitrogen-kvm34  (global) # set exclude-signatures {none | industrial}   <----- Default option would be industrial, which means industrial signatures are excluded. Set the option to none.
nitrogen-kvm34  (global) # set exclude-signatures none                             <-----

2) The Industrial category will now be available on the Application Control sensor GUI.
