Under Security Profiles -> Antivirus -> Any profile -> APT Protection Options -> Send files to FortiSandbox for inspection, the selection button beside the option 'Send files to FortiSandbox for inspection' is greyed out. It is required to activate the FortiSandbox connection by running the commands below:
execute forticloud-sandbox region 0 Europe 1 Global 2 Japan 3 US Please select cloud sandbox region[0-3]:1
It will then be possible to see the 'Send files to FortiSandbox for inspection' button available as shown below:
