Scope | When using SSL-VPN, some of the customized application/web site might not be work with web mode. |
Solution |
Confirm the following:
- app/site can be access through tunnel mode with FortiClient. - Internal access to the app/site without any problem.
If so, following below to collect the information:
- Configuration of the FortiGate. - HAR file while access the page on the SSL-VPNweb mode.
1) Open a Chrome browser. 2) Login with credential on the SSL-VPN web page . 3) Press F12 to open the DevTools on Chrome. 4) Go to the Network tab.
1) Press or 'Ctrl + E' to start the record. 2) Browser the problematic website/ access the problematic application through the SSL-VPN web mode on the same page. 3) Stop the record and download it.
- Also, provide a testing SSL-VPNaccount. - And any account associate site/Apps to replicate the issue (the account for the site/Apps do not need real data).
