Solution |
When FortiManager Cloud service is configured, it is possible to see the below:
It is necessary to see the following:
- FortiManager Cloud is seen as grayed out in settings on FortiGate after applying for the license. - Further to the license, FortiGate needs to be also entitled to FortiManager to have FortiManager Cloud product entitlement. -Need to further check with the Custom representative to verify the entitlement included with the license. -It will be possible to see the gear back once there is the entitlement fixed for the FortiGate. |
