This article provides some basic troubleshooting steps to follow when the license information on the dashboard shows Support Contract Registration Unreachable.

Solution
Check that the following conditions are met:
1) That the device has access to the FortiGuard servers on port 443/TCP.
2) That the DNS must be working properly and the FortiGate unit is able to resolve update.fortiguard.net and service.fortiguard.net.
3) That the FortiGate unit has synced time.
