Description
The expiry dates of the FortiGuard Subscriptions shown by the GUI display of the FortiGate may appear as up to 3 days later than the expiration date of the corresponding support coverage that is shown on the Fortinet Customer Service & Support web site.
FortiGuard services are provided by the FDN (Fortinet Distribution Network) which is a geographically diverse network. The 3 day window is used to ensure FortiGuard services remain active to the end of the support coverage period regardless of the timezone of the FortiGate unit.
