There are currently 2 SFP copper connectors available for FA2 and NP2 ports as listed below :
1st Generation
Vendor: Fibrexon
Model reference: FTM-CO12-LS
Usage: 1000Base T SFP
Restriction : This connector is recommended with FA2 ports
2nd Generation
Vendor: Finisar
Model reference: FCLF-8521-3
Usage: 1000Base T SFP and SERDES support 10/100/1000 with correct s/w version
Restriction : This connector is recommended with NP2 ports
NB : Before contacting RMA for replacement be sure to check the reference of your copper SFP connector and include this in the Forticare ticket.
