Description	This article describes the error: 'Failed to save administrator: Empty values are not allowed' when a user tries to assign a FortiToken. This Happens in a VDOM scenario. If the Token is in a different VDOM and when it isassigned from another VDOM this error Occurs.
Scope	Fortigate
Solution	It is possible to operate the FortiTokens in the VDOM in which it is activated or move the FortiTokens to the VDOM which is needed.
