Description
This article describes how to block MSN for certain users and allow others.
Solution
To allow certain people to access Microsoft Messenger and block everyone else:
1. Go to Firewall > Protection Profile, edit the protection profile.
2. Select the blue arrow for IM/P2P to expand the options.
3. Select MSN to enable the blocking options.
4. Select the Block Login checkbox.
5. Select OK.
6. Go to IM,P2P & VoIP > User > User List.

7. Add users that are allowed to access MSN Messenger and select OK.
The easiest way to setup a list of allowed users is too setup MSN monitoring. When a user is blocked go to IM, P2P & VoIP > User > Config and find the user you want to allow in the list of temporary users and select Allow.

The temporary user list will display all the recent login attempts.
