| Solution |
In some cases, FortiGate Cloud users with valid subscriptions are unable to generate VPN session reports using the VPN Event widget in version 25.1.
The fix to that is planned to come with version 25.2.
Until the fix is released, the workaround is to use the legacy portal following Administration -> User settings -> Legacy Portal.
