Wrong password error while connecting DailupVPN
Hi Team,
We have identified an issue with our FortiClient 7.2.4 and EMS 7.2.4 where users encounter intermittent errors when attempting to log into the VPN. Specifically, users are receiving incorrect password and connection errors despite having saved their login credentials. This issue occurs intermittently; while the VPN may connect successfully on subsequent attempts, errors reoccur sporadically.
Upon reviewing the firewall events, we noticed the errors are associated with X-Auth authentication failures.
Please let us know the necessary steps to diagnose and resolve this issue or if any additional information is required from our end.

Dear,
We have a similar issue. The EMS client with saved username/password get a login failed when trying to connect. When re-entering the same username/password, the VPN succeeds and the saved password is fine for a time.
Can someone help please?
