Scope

Solution
1) Make sure 'Accept guest portal requests from related Access Points”'option is enabled on FAC under Radius service -> Clients.

2) 'Pre-login Services' is enabled as per the customer requirement with the required field configuration option under Guest Portals -> Portals -> Pre-login Services.

3) Once the Pre-login services option is enabled on the FortiAuthenticator then the client will be able to see the 'Register' option on the captive portal page for the self-registration.
