Solution |
If the clients are experiencing a situation where the logo is not seen on the client device when using a captive portal hosted on FortiPresence.
Verify if the captive portal page is seen on the client device, but only logo is not seen.
Enter the Walled Garden on the SSID on FortiEdgeCloud: Log in to FortiEdge Cloud -> Navigate to SSID -> Edit SSID -> Walled Garden -> Enter the below FQDN -> Submit.
