Description | This article describes how to resolve the aggregator address that displays as N/A:8081 after FortiEDR aggregator installation. |
Scope | FortiEDR. |
Solution |
When installing the FortiEDR on-premise aggregator, there will be a prompt that suggests defining the DNS address or FQDN for the aggregator. If this section is selected as No and IP address is preferable, after the FortiEDR component installation, the aggregator address shows up as N/A:8081.
To fix this issue, an IP address can be configured as DNS using the command below:
fortiedr aggregator set-dns IPADDR <----- Where IPADDR refers to the IP address.
For example:
fortiedr aggregator set-dns 192.168.10.8 |
