Technical Tip: FortiEDR - Detected slowness on new Dell systems after Dell software update failed

Description	This article describes slowness detected on new Dell systems after the Dell software update failed and workaround.
Scope	FortiEDR.
Solution	Dell Driver/Software update does not complete when the FortiEDR Collector is installed and running which causes slowness hangs.  A workaround is to disable the collector so that the Dell update can complete, then re-enable the collector and the slowness/hang no longer occurs. The collector fix is expected to be available by end of the week.
