| Solution |
The Custom decoy image got the error 'Failed to Initialize customize VM. Failed to launch customize VM' when selecting Next -> in Custom Decoy Image -> Customized Images -> Configuration. If selecting Next -> again, it will show the error 'Failed to initialize customize VM. Another custom decoy image support process is running, please wait until the process is finished'.
This issue is usually caused by the virtualization not being enabled for the FortiDeceptor-VM. Make sure the virtualization is enabled for the FortiDeceptor-VM. |
