Description This article describes how to deploy FortiDLP Agents using PDQ Deploy.
Scope FortiDLP.
Solution
  1. Open PDQ deploys and select New Package.
  2.  With Package Properties selected, enter a name for the FortiDLP Agent software in the Name field.

  1. Under Options, ensure Deploy User is selected in the Run As field. Deploy User should be used in most cases, but if unsure, consult the PDQ documentation. The installation user must have administrative permissions on the target machine.

  1. Select Step 1 from the left-hand menu and select 'Install':

  1. Enter a name for the Step Title such as 'Install FortiDLP'.
  2. Browse to the MSI file next to the Install File field. Note the parameters used next to the Command Line field. These are the default MSI parameters PDQ adds for you automatically.

  1. Tick custom and modify the Command Line attribute to add the ENROLL_CODE parameter (e.g. ENROLL_CODE=<enrollmentcode>).

  1. Select the Save button to finish.
  2. Choose either the Deploy Once to push to a selection of machines, or Schedule the deployment in line with the deployment requirements.
