Troubleshooting Tip: Unable to see networks under FortiLAN Cloud

Description	This article describes how to check if login attempts go to the correct Domain on FortiLAN Cloud.
Scope	FortiLAN Cloud.
Solution	Users may sometimes notice that FortiAPs, configuration details, and networks are missing from FortiLAN Cloud upon logging in. Check the right domain is being logged into: For a Global Domain, the URL in the browser will show as 'https://fortilan.forticloud.com/portal_ui/#/networks' For a European (EU) Domain, the URL in the browser will show as 'https://eu.fortilan.forticloud.com/portal_ui/#/networks' To switch to a different domain: Upon logging into the FortiLAN cloud, select the settings symbol and select Change FortiLAN account.     After being redirected to the following page, select the correct domain and log in.
