Solution |
When verifying the logs directly in the FortiGate, the timezone can be seen being correctly displayed in the 'Date/Time' field:
However, when verifying directly in the FortiGate Cloud Premium portal, the timezone was not automatically converted to the user timezone. In this example, GMT+1. Instead, it was shown in a timezone 8 hours behind.
Currently, in the Premium portal, there is no timezone selection and the timezone is not automatically converted to the user`s browser timezone. This feature is present in the FortiAnalyzer, for example. At present, the Premium portal`s timezone is shown as the Pacific Time Zone.
