Troubleshooting Tip: FortiVoice Cloud Dashboard is not showing the newly registered licenses

Description

This article explains how to synchronize licenses on FortiVoice Cloud.

Solution

There are three methods to synchronize licenses on FortiVoice Cloud:

Method 1.

Manually refresh the FortiVoice Cloud Dashboard information:

1) Log in to FortiVoice Cloud.

2) Select Dashboard.

3) Go to the Licenses widget and select Sync licenses .

Method 2.

1) Log out of FortiVoice Cloud.

2) Log in to FortiVoice Cloud.

Method 3.

Do nothing and wait 12 hours.
