Solution |
User A has created a new FortiEdge Cloud account (abc@fortinet.eu) and is no longer using the old one (xyz@test.eu). To stop receiving emails from the old account (xyz@test.eu), access the old FortiEdge Cloud Portal and take the following steps:
Once the emails in the schedule are unchecked, the end user will stop receiving notifications and alerts. If the issue continues, take a screenshot and submit a new ticket by providing old and new account information using the link: Technical Tip: How to create a ticket for Fortinet TAC |
