Description This article describes ow to disable email notifications for an unused FortiEdge Cloud account.
Scope FortiEdge Cloud, email notification, unused account.
Solution

User A has created a new FortiEdge Cloud account (abc@fortinet.eu) and is no longer using the old one (xyz@test.eu).
However, User A continues to receive email notifications from the old account (xyz@test.eu).

To stop receiving emails from the old account (xyz@test.eu), access the old FortiEdge Cloud Portal and take the following steps:


Go to Reports -> Summary Report -> Schedule, remove all email addresses, uncheck the radio buttons in the schedule, and select Apply.

Once the emails in the schedule are unchecked, the end user will stop receiving notifications and alerts.
