This issue needs to be addressed by modifying the Network Interface Card (NIC) on the affected Windows PC.
Navigate to Control Panel -> Network and Sharing Center -> Change adapter settings, select a FortiClient adapter and uncheck 'SIMATIC Industrial Ethernet (ISO)' as shown in the photo below:
