To resolve the issue if the software inventory is not showing up in EMS:
Installed software may be viewed as follows under EMS Console -> Software Inventory, choose 'Applications' or 'Hosts'. The 'Application' view displays all applications installed across all endpoints, while the 'Hosts' view filters the result to show only the applications installed on a specific host.
