Description	This article describes how to resolve the upgrade of EMS to v7.2.x caused by the Microsoft ODBC version being too old.
Scope	FortiClient EMS.
Solution	The warning below pops up when upgrading the EMS instance to v7.2.x. Check the installed ODBC driver on the server from Control Panel -> Program features as below: From the above screenshot, the latest ODBC driver is installed on the server is v13. Download the latest version from Microsoft's official website as below: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/connect/odbc/download-odbc-driver-for-sql-server?view=sql-serv... Once the latest ODBC driver is installed, relaunch the EMS install as admin and the upgrade process should go through.
