Once the logs are being checked from settings -> export logs the following error will appear:

2025-03-17 16:57:21.830 forticlient[44063:22784588] AppConfig has changed, read the new configurations...

This can happen because the site identifier in the settings is being used as 'com.fortinet.forticlient'.

The OSStatus error -10814 typically means that the system does not recognize the specified URL scheme due to incorrect configuration in the app settings.

If this scenario matches, the FortiClient Web Filter from the Mobile config profile is required to be changed or created as per the FortiClient IOS Admin Guide (Admin Guide for FortiClient IOS v7.4). The identifier has to be changed or created to 'com.fortinet.forticlient.fabricagent'
