Sometimes the released FortiClient installer is not showing available in EMS as shown in the below:
This command checks the connection between EMS and FortiGuard and it shows if there are any errors. If the connection is healthy the below 'Update Success' message should display.
Another setting is to go to under EMS -> System settings -> FortiGuard services, untick [enable SSL], set the port to 80, and select 'Save'.
Wait for 15 minutes or so for EMS to retrieve updates from the FortiGuard server (This was a bug with EMS v7.2.4 and before which is fixed in v7.2.5 onwards). |
