FortiClient EMS shows Sandbox Events when the FSA integration is added.
When trying to download Sandbox Events, the following error may appear:
'Failed to download the report from sandbox server: Failed to connect to %product$. Please login to FortiSandbox again or check connections to $product%'.

The error indicates issues connecting to FortiSandbox to retrieve the information. In order to download the reports, a valid username and password must be added to the FortiSandbox profile:
FortiSandbox integration can work without adding these credentials, but FortiClient EMS will not be able to retrieve the reports. |
