Description This article describes how to resolve the error 'Could not Send Email'. Your device could not send Email. Please check Email configuration and try again' when collecting the diagnostic log from FortiClient.

Solution

1.  The error message:

  1. To resolve this, ensure signing in to the email using the built-in mailbox app in IOS.

  1. After signing into the mailbox, re-attempt to send the diagnostic again. It should prompt as follows:
