Description

This article describes how to resolve an error that occurs when attempting to log in EMS Cloud web portal. Due to multiple attempts to access the EMS Cloud portal using the same web browser, the following error may appear:

This is because sets of information generated from a previous login were stored by the web browser.

Scope EMS Cloud.
Solution

Completely remove old cookies and other site data from the web browser.

 

Instructions are provided below for common browsers.


Microsoft Edge:

 

  • Settings -> Privacy, search, and services -> Delete browsing data -> Choose what to clear (make sure Cookies and other site data are ticked) -> Clear now.

 

Google Chrome:

 

  • Settings -> Privacy and security -> Delete browsing data (make sure Cookies and other site data are ticked) -> Delete data.

 

Mozilla Firefox:

 

  • Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Cookies and Site Data -> Clear Data (make sure Cookies and other site data are ticked) -> Clear.
