Solution |
When the EMS Cloud portal is accessed via the Mozilla Firefox web browser, an error 'Connecting to EMS cloud instance. Please wait for a moment...' as below will appear:
This is a known issue with bug ID 1086990 which has been solved in EMS Cloud v7.2.7 and v7.4.2 GA. See EMS Release Notes Resolved issues as reference.
As a workaround, used other types of web browsers like Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge to access the EMS Cloud portal without any issue. |
