The state 'Protocol Schedule Created' indicates that the endpoint is pending deployment.

 

An endpoint may get stuck in this state for two reasons:

  1. There is already the maximum number of simultaneous deployments occurring. If so, the endpoint will wait until a deployment finishes.
  2. The endpoint is offline. If som deployment will not occur until the endpoint comes online.
