Solution |
In the FortiClient EMS Cloud, the primary user should be able to change the secondary user's role to another role. If the primary user tries to change the secondary user's role from Super Administrator to another role, the change does not take effect.
This is because the primary user cannot control the admin role from FortiClient EMS Cloud if the secondary user's permission is set to Full Access in FortiCloud Account.
To resolve, change from 'Full Access' to 'Limit Access'. |
