Technical Tip: How to upgrade the firmware of FortiClient EMS cloud

Description This article describes how to upgrade the firmware of FortiClient EMS cloud.
Scope FortiClient EMS Cloud.
Solution

Follow the steps below:

  1. Go to https://forticlient.forticloud.com/ems and log in with the account to which the FortiClient EMS is registered.

  1. Select the Upgrade option on the left side.

  1. If there is a new version of FortiClient EMS Cloud available, choose the date for the Fortinet team to perform this update.

Note: Note that dates are as per the Fortinet Cloud team schedule with UTC zone.

 

  1. After selecting the date, the page will refresh and look like the image below. It is possible to reschedule the refresh, but not cancel it.
