Technical Tip: How to upgrade the firmware of EMS cloud

Description	This articles describes how to upgrade the firmware of EMS cloud.
Scope	EMS cloud.
Solution	There are three ways to upgrade FortiClient Cloud, as found in the FortiClient Cloud Cloud Deployment documentation. Among these methods, open a TAC ticket with the following information to request support from Fortinet: Reasons/Comments. FortiCare account/account number of the customer. FortiCloud EMS Version information]. Current Version. Current Data Center. Request Version. Request Data Center. Or follow the steps below: Go to https://forticlient.forticloud.com/ems and log in with the account to which the EMS is registered. Select the Upgrade option on the left side. If there is a new version of EMS Cloud available, choose the date for the Fortinet team to perform this update. Note: Note that dates are as per Fortinet Cloud team schedule with UTC time zone. After selecting the date, the page will refresh and look like the image below. It is possible to reschedule the refresh, but not cancel it. Note: Always remember to read the release notes of the version to go to, to know the new features and any features that have been disabled.
