Description

This article describes the issue with FortiClient version 7.0 on a Mac OS.

The SAML SSO user logins are saved, and user is directly getting signed in and not being asked for the MFA.

Scope

FortiClient 7.0.

Solution

FortiClient stores the data in the following directory:

/Library/Application Support/Fortinet/FortiClient/bin/CredentialStore.

There is a file in there called 'CredentialStore' where if deleted will cause FortiClient to once again prompt for the authentication.
