Scope | FortiClient EMS v7.2.1 and later, FortiGate must be running v7.4.4 or later. |
Solution |
FortiGate running v7.4.4 and above can now connect to FortiClient Cloud across different FortiCloud accounts using a FortiGate Access key.

Make sure FortiGate is configured with the correct FortiClient Cloud access key:
config endpoint-control fctems
It is important to trust the FortiClient EMS Cloud certificate by running the following command from the FortiGate side:
execute fctems verify |
