Technical Tip: How to download FortiClient offline installer

Description

This article describes how to download the FortiClient offline installer.

Note:

It is necessary to register the owner of FortiClient to follow this process.

Scope

FortiClient.

Solution

To download an offline installer file, go to https://support.fortinet.com/, login, and go to Support -> Firmware Download -> Firmware Images,  select Product FortiClient, and 'Download'.

 

Choose the desired OS and download an offline installer here:

 

For example: If the desired OS is Windows, follow these steps as shown below:

Select Windows:

Select the desired version (i.e v7.00):

Select the desired version (i.e 7.4):

Select '7.4.0':

If the FortiClient purpose is only SSL VPN/IPsec connections, select the HTTPS option on the right side.

If the FortiClient purpose is different from the one above, refer to the option mentioned in the license details.

Note:
