Solution |
1) If the FortiClient is connected to EMS, it needs to be disconnected:
2) 'Right-click' on the FortiClient icon in the taskbar and shutdown.
3) Goto FortiClient installation folder (default path is C:\Program Files\Fortinet\FortiClient\logs).
4) It is now possible to clear all logs or specific logs in such a folder.
In order to activate FortiClient back and create new logs from scratch, it is better to reboot the PC. |
